The thesis focuses on the analysis of the strategic management of the contributory organization DDM Helceletova. The main goal of the thesis is to propose an appropriate strategy for the selected organization based on the analysis of the external and internal environment. The literature search lists similar organizations and outlines the characteristics of the non-profit sector. The empirical part includes a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment of the selected non-profit organization at macro and micro levels, which leads to the identification of the factors underlying the strategies as indicated in the SWOT, IE and SPACE matrices. Based on these strategies, a strategic plan for the company is proposed, including consideration of possible risks of implementation. Furthermore, the paper proposes the method and timetable for the implementation of the developed strategy.

This diploma thesis is headed to define the strategic recommendation for competitive strength consolidation of supplying companies to automotive makers. For output in the practical background was applied external analysis and competitive force analysis. For examination of branch attractive and for suggestion strategy for these supplying compa-nies was applied EFE, SPACE and GE matrix. For plastic suppliers was recommend aggres-sive strategy with new branch investment and innovation, rising market share, using con-solidations, outsourcing, effective MIS for maintenance or levelling individual "Tier" levels with leader company in the branch.

The thesis is focused on the design of corporate strategy for the company AMPO, s.r.o., which is created through the outputs of the strategic analysis and by using methods, tools and models, and should improve the situation of the company and achieve the selected strategic. The author in creating a new strategy for the company AMPO, s.r.o. Used modeling methods and the final outcome was a summary of the recommendations and create a graphical model of the proposed strategy. The literature search focused on the topic of strategy and strategic management. They described various methods, tools and models, which were then used in the practical part and are the basis for the formulation and implementation strategies.

This diploma thesis focuses on making General recommendations for Czech engineering companies to enter the Mexican market. Thesis analyzes data, which are about the current situation on Mexican market, according to PESTE analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis. The thesis also deals with terms of Czech companies for the market penetration by using the matrix GE, EFE and SPACE. The final finding is, that companies should enter the market patiently with help of business partner of business agent.

Handlířová, A. Attractiveness of the cleaning sector in the Czech Republic. Master’s thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. This master’s thesis deals with an analysis of the cleaning sector in the Czech Re-public. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the attractiveness of the whole sector and to develop recommendations for companies operating in the sector, as well as enterprises considering entering the cleaning sector. For analys-ing the macro-environment, the PESTE analysis was used and micro-environment was analysed by using the Porter’s five forces analysis with objectification. Oppor-tunities and threats of the cleaning sector were identified from results of the analysis. In order to evaluate the attractiveness of the branch and to make rec-ommendations, EFE, GE and SPACE matrix were applied. The sector’s recom-mended strategies are the market development, the product development and the market penetration.

Zámečníková I., Attractiveness of glass industry sector. Master’s thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The master’s thesis deals with an analysis of glass industry in Czech Republic. The aim is to evaluate industry attractiveness and to create recommendations for companies operating in the sector and companies considering entering the sector. The literary research describes methods of external environment analysis and methods of evaluating industry attractiveness. In the second part, the external environment is analyzed with the PESTE analysis, the Porter’s five forces model, it’s objectification and with the strategic group analysis. Opportunities and threats identified in the external analysis are evaluated with EFE matrix and the industry attractiveness with GE matrix and SPACE matrix. The competitive strategies are recommended based on information acquired from analyzes and matrixes.

This thesis deals with strategies and strategic management. The aim of this thesis is create a corporate strategy for the company Kabelové bubny a bedny s.r.o., which should lead to improve situation of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on strategy and strategic management. Another text is dedicated to strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the company and also the methods and models that are the basis for the formulation of a new strategy. The theoretical part is concluded with a discussion of strategy implementation. The practical part contains analysis and models presented in the theoretical part. On this base is proposed corporate strategy. The conclusion is devoted to overall summary of the research and design of the new strategy, which is also clearly drawn in a graphical model.

The aim of a diploma thesis is a proposal strategy of Velké Pavlovice wine subregion. PESTE analysis is used for analysing a macro environment. Micro environment is judged by primary characteristics of a sector and five forces analysis. Moreover, the analysis of attractiveness of the wine sector in Velké Pavlovice subregion is performed. The internal analysis is described by value chain and financial analysis. Strategies are designed by SPACE matrix. From nine recommended strategies is chosen the best one - Focus on winery touristic. The chosen strategy is economically evaluated and it is recommended to engage in Moravian Wine Trails project. General validity of the chosen strategy is determined for other wine subjects in Velké Pavlovice subregion.

NĚMCOVÁ, S. Draft strategy for the future development of the company. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2014. This thesis describes the design strategy for the future development of Re-starant U Němců. The main objective is to analyze the activity of the company compared to its other competitors, considering the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses and propose a strategy for the future development of the company in the ceremony, which is currently considering the best options remain on the market and increase sales. The work is focused on a more detailed examination of the potential in organizing weddings in the chosen company. The thesis is carried out a survey of potential customers, which is required to determine which factors influence the selection of place for wedding. According to the methodology used, it was found that the proposed strategy in holding festive events, especially in the organization of weddings has the potential to increase the company's competitiveness.
